摘要
《东北地区振兴规划》是我国首个获国务院批复通过的大区发展规划。文章阐述了在该规划编制的前期研究过程中,为了达到快速振兴的目标,基于国内空间发展的趋势和东北的发展现状,确定出空间结构的优化思路;同时本着参与全球经济大循环和建设"资源节约、环境友好型"社会的目的,确定出区域的发展战略;并在此基础上,进行东北地区空间结构的合理构建和重点区域发展方向的科学判断。
＂Plan of Revitalizing Northeast China＂ is the first development planning of Macro-region approved by the State Council of the PRC. Base on the analysis of spatial development trend in China and the existing condition of Northeast China, this paper finds out the way to optimize Northeast China＇s spatial structure of regional development. In order to participate in the global production network, and taking the ＂resources-saving ＆ environment-friendly＂ purpose into consideration, it chooses the regional development strategy of Northeast China. The research on the strategy of regional development and spatial organization presented in this paper has served the compilation of the ＂Plan of Revitalizing Northeast China＂.
