从成果供给方、成果需求方、环境3方面对农业科技成果转化率低的原因进行了分析。
In the paper,the cause of low conversion ratio of agricultural science and technology achievements was analyzed from three aspects,such as the suppliers of the achievements,the demanders of the achievements and environment.
