摘要
中国社会的转型促进了制度伦理的发展,制度的伦理性诉求与伦理的制度化建设相互作用,推动了制度的完善和道德的重建。制度伦理建设既适应并推动市场经济的发展,也成为当前道德建设的关键和突破口。制度伦理建设本身需要通过多途径的努力得以实现,同时,制度伦理建设侧重外在规范性要求,必须与个体道德建设相结合。
The transformation of Chinese society boosted the development of systemic ethics, for the ethical appeal of system interacts with the systemic construction of ethics, promoting the improvement of system and the moral reconstruction. Systemic ethics construction not only fits and promotes the development of market economy, but has also become the key and a breakthrough to moral construction. It can only be realized through multiple ways. On the other hand, systemic ethics must be constructed with individual morality as systern ethics construction focuses on its ulterior normalization.
