摘要
[目的]了解择业对理工类毕业生心理因素情绪状况的影响,分析其原因,提出对策,为择业指导提供依据。[方法]对4年级理工类学生在进行择业期间心理健康、抑郁焦虑水平的测试,与国内成人常模比较,对其中高分者性格类测评和社会支持等方面的评估。[结果]①毕业生的心理问题除躯体化、人际关系和敌对等3个因子外,其他6个因子均分显著高于国内常模,焦虑、抑郁水平也高于全国成人常模;②男毕业生高于女毕业生;③6.89%的学生焦虑得分和11.93%的学生抑郁得分达到或超过临界值,其中性格内向者或社会支持水平低者约占得分临界值者的86%。[结论]理工类毕业生择业前的心理问题、抑郁焦虑水平较高,应从综合方面给予择业期间的心理辅导与调节。
[Objective] To investigate the mental status of university students of science and engineering for employment, and analyze its reason as Well as make countermeasures so as to provide guide for employment. [Methods] The mental health, depression and anxiety status of these students of scienee and engineering hutting job were investigated, whieh were compared with the national normal. Students with high seores were assessed their personality and social support, [Results] ① Except the somatization, interpersonal relationship and hostile, all the other six factors were significantly higher than those of national norreal, and the depression and anxiety were also higher than those of national normal; ② The mental problem of male students were signifieantly higher than female student. ③ The score of depression among 6.89% of the students and the score of anxiety among 11.93% of the students had attended or accessed the critical value, out of whieh the students with introverted personality and low score of social support accounted for 86%. [ Conclusion ] The university students of science and engineering before employment have serious mental health problem and high level of depression and anxiety, comprehensive measures should taken to give these students psychological guidance and regulation.
