用稳态空间分辨光谱技术检测农产品光学参数的研究及应用 被引量:3

Measurement of the optical properties in agricultural products by using steady spatially resolved spectroscopy and applications

摘要 基于光子输运理论,针对农产品强散射介质的特点,采用光子输运方程的漫射近似理论,从其解的形式出发,进行以稳态空间分辨光谱技术为基础的农产品光学参数无损测量方法的研究,设计了农产品光学参数的无损检测装置,用以获得吸收系数和约化散射系数等光学参数。通过对散射与吸收的标准液体模型(Intralipid-10%溶液与Evan’sblue溶液)在波长750nm处的光学参数的测量,对系统进行了测试校准。测试结果表明,系统稳定、可靠并且检测得到组织的光学参数与文献报道的理论值一致。首次应用基于稳态空间分辨光谱方法测量了富士苹果样品的光学参数,检测结果约化散射系数为(0.97711±0.191858)mm-1,吸收系数为(0.00321±0.00076)mm-1;同时测量了番茄样品,其约化散射与吸收系数分别为(1.1345±0.22749)mm-1,(0.00140±0.00045)mm-1;稳态空间分辨光谱方法较时间分辨光谱TRS方法更适合应用在果蔬生产检测中。 Based on research using theory of light transportation in biological tissues, especially for the agricultural products with the feature of strong scattering, the light transport equation was solved by diffusion approximation theory. According to the solution of diffusion approximation, a nondestructive method to measure the optical properties of agricultural products was investigated based on establishing steady spatially resolved spectroscopy, and a device which can determine the optical properties of agricultural products was designed. Intralipid-10% and Evans blue were used as standard phantoms to verify the system at 750 nm wavelength. The system was stable and reliable from the calibration of the system and the result was consistent with other researchers’ reports. Furthermore, the apple and tomato samples were measured to obtain the optical properties, the corresponding values of the optical properties for reduced scattering coefficient μ 's, absorption coefficient μa measured on apple samples were (0.97711±0.191858) mm^-1 and (0.00321±0.00076) mm^-1; the reduced scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient of tomato samples were (1.1345±0.22749) mm^-1 and (0.00140±0.00045) mm^-1, respectively. The advantage of steady spatially resolved spectroscopy for practical use in measuring fruit and vegetable samples is prior to time spatially resolved spectroscopy TRS method.
