摘要
对雨水资源化的基本内涵进行了较为深入的探讨,认为其内涵在于它强调把雨水作为一种资源加以评价与利用,即通过规划和设计,采取相应的工程措施,将雨水转为可利用水源。此外,从时间、空间、利用目的和供水目的上对狭义的雨水利用进行了分类,阐述了雨水资源化及其开发利用的意义,并对我国雨水利用分区进行了详细论述。
In this paper the basic connotation of rainwater resourcefulization was thoroughly discussed, thinking that rainwater could be regarded as a resource that could be evaluated and used as an available water resource through planning, design, and corresponding engineering measures. In addition, in a narrow sense, rainwater utilization was classified according to its temporal, spatial, purpose of utilization, and purpose of water supply aspects. Furthermore, the meanings of rainwater resourcefulization and its development and usage were classified, and zoning of rainwater utilization in China was also detailedly deseribed.
