摘要
针对模数多路数字采集系统的模拟量输入端口的特点,提出一种基于FPGA的自动测试设备的设计。该设备借助多通道电平设置数模转换器,可以实现高精度的测试。FPGA的可定制特性,可以灵活地满足多路端口的实时和同步要求,功能多样化。通过介绍该设备的设计思路、结构组成以及工作流程,展示了FPGA的优势。
According to the characteristic of analog input port in A/D mulfichannel data gathering system, the design of automatic test equipment based on FPGA is presented. High precise testing can be easily achieved by using multichannel DAC. Real-time and synchronous requirements of multiport is easy to satisfy for the custom design characteristic of FPGA. This paper is pointing to the advantage of FPGA by presenting design theory, framework and operation process of the test equipment.
