伺服比例阀驱动的试验机力控制系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 电液伺服系统具有精度高,响应快,功率大的优点,被广泛应用于材料试验机上。但伺服阀的性能受到液压油污染等影响甚大,且价格昂贵。近年来,由于比例阀性能的不断改良,伺服比例阀在各方面的性能已与伺服阀相近。本文作者以伺服比例阀作为材料试验机力控制电液系统的核心元件,在以弹簧作为负载力的情况下对材料试验机进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:该伺服比例阀的性能已与伺服阀相近,可替代电液伺服阀满足材料试验机闭环控制要求。 Because of the electro hydraulic servo system has the merit of high precision, rapid response, and large power, it is used extensively on the material tester. But its performance was impacted by the pollution of hydraulic liquid. The performance of the proportional valve was durative improved, and its performance was almost as good as the servo valve. The servo proportional valve was used as the key valve to control the material testers control system, the experiment research was performed based on the spring force. The experiment shows that the performance of the servo proportional valve is almost the same as the servo valve, it could replace the electro hydraulic servo valve to realize the closed loop control of the material tester.
