摘要
基于我国工程项目管理队伍的现状,赢得值原理的应用未能得到普及。文章对赢得值原理进行了改进,给出了应用赢得值原理对工程项目的费用及进度关系进行评价的流程图,对评价结果进行了分析,给出了相应的对策,便于在施工企业推广应用。
According to the present status of project management team in China, the application of EVC (Earned Value Concept) is not popularized yet. In this paper, EVC was ameliorated, the flow chart was presented to evaluate the correlation between EVC and the cost and schedule of engineering projects, then the evaluation result was analyzed, the terprises. corresponding were presented to promote its application in construction enterprises.
