摘要
采用蒸汽吞吐的方法开发稠油会造成油井产量下降,油汽比降低,油田开采效果差。氮气隔热是根据稠油开发现状开发出的一种技术。该技术是利用氮气导热系数低及压力降低后体积迅速膨胀的特点,达到隔热的目的。通过模拟不同注汽条件,证明氮气隔热技术的科学性和实用性。根据现场应用效果分析,该技术可以保持地层能量,节省作业费用及蒸汽注入量,提高原油产量。
With the increase of gas injection period , formation pressure decreases rapidly, well production rate and gas oil ratio are decreased by the steam-assisted recovery method. It is a new technology developed according to the situation of heavy oil recovery called Nitrogen Gas Insulating Heat and Aiding Flow. The technology uses the characteristics of nitrogen gas's low heat-conduct-coefficient and rapid expanding in volume after pressure released to get the purposes of heat-insulting and flow-assisted. Through modeling of different steam injection conditions, these models are verified to be scientific and practical by radial temperature field in well bore . It provides basis for indoor evaluation of nitrogen insulation in steam injection well. According to the analysis of site appliance, the technology preserves formation energy , saved operation cost, volume of steam injection and increased oil production.
