摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定健骨颗粒中仙茅苷含量。方法:样品经水溶解后上中性氧化铝柱净化,采用色谱柱Capcell PAK ODS-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(25:75)为流动相,流速0.8 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为283 nm。结果:线性范围为3.135~62.7 μg·mL^(-1),r=0.9999;平均加样回收率(n=9)为97.3%。结论:该方法灵敏度高,专属性好,操作简便,重复性好。
Objective :To develop an HPLC method for the determination of curculigoside in Jiangu granules. Methods:The column was Capcell PAK ODS -C18 column (4. 6 mm × 250 mm ,5μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid(25:75 )at a flow rate of 0.8 mL · min^-1. The determination wavelength was set at 283 nm. Results:Linear range was 3. 135 -62.7 μg · mL^-1 ,r =0. 9999. The average recovery was 97.3% ( n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, specific and reproducible for the determination of curculigoside in Jiangu granules.
