摘要
新疆是一个多民族聚居、以农业为主的大省（区），“三农”问题因而较为突出。而社会主义新农村建设对农业现代化的发展，农业产业结构的调整，农民收入结构的拓展，提出了新的要求。作者对当前新疆农民收入结构及其结构性矛盾进行了深入分析，提出以调整农村产业结构和收入结构为主线，围绕结构性增收做文章的对策建议，以期能够为推动新疆“三农”工作、建设社会主义新农村探求新思路、寻找新突破。
Xinjiang is a multiethnic region, the three agriculture problems are outstanding. The construction of new socialist countryside has brought out requirements on the development of agricultural modernization, adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and expansion of agricultural income structure. After a study on the income structure of peasants income and structural contradiction in Xinjiang, the article puts forward suggestions that agricultural industr by adjusting ial and income structures to increase structural income
