摘要
在试验分析的基础上,采用多元线性正交设计方法建立了风轮转速与风轮直径、叶片数、叶片安装角度的数学回归方程;同时建立了风轮转速与喷量之间的回归方程,为风轮的参数选择与结构设计提供了试验依据。确定了适用于试验机具的风轮最佳结构参数:叶轮直径为150mm,叶片数为6片,叶片安装角度为30°。在风机额定转速下,喷头的喷量为0~10L/min时,雾滴粒谱的体积中径为100--150μm。
Based on multi-variable quadratic regression orthogonal combined experiments, the regression equation for rotation-speed of impeller and diameter of impellers, vane number, vane fixed angle was established, and the equation for rotation-speed of impellers and spraying volume was also built. Both equations laid an important basis for impellers designing. Optimal structure parameters of impellers for the experimental sprayer have been obtained, diameter of impellers is 150 mm; six pieces of vanes; vane fixed angle is 30°. The experimental results of rotary disc nozzle with optimal structure parameters : VMD of droplets is 100-- 150μm, with spraying volume changed from 0 L/min to 10 L/ min under the rated rotation-speed.
