摘要
依据霍尔传感器传感原理,对单极性集成开关型霍尔传感器电磁干扰的机理进行了分析;为试验用恒定磁场,研制了数字式磁场发生器,并搭建了霍尔传感器电磁干扰实验系统;对发动机用CS3020型霍尔传感器进行了电磁干扰实验研究,验证了开关型霍尔传感器电磁干扰机理。
Based on the mechanism of Hall sensors, its electromagnetic interference (EMI) character has been studied. In order to get a permanent magnetic field for research of Hall sensors, a digital magnetic field generator is developed, and an experiment system for Hall sensors has been established. Via research on CS3020 Hall sensor used on engine electronic system, the analysis in this paper is verified.
