摘要 随着重组人促红细胞生成素在临床的广泛应用,由其引起的不良反应—纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血也越来越受到人们重视。本文重点阐述重组人促红细胞生成素引起的纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血的发病情况,影响重组人促红细胞生成素免疫原性的可能原因及危险因子,以及诊断治疗措施。 Pure red cell aplasia （PRCA） induced by recombinant human erythropoietin （rHuEPO） has been paid much attention to with the widespread use of rHuEPO： This renew was mainly described the incidences of PRCA, diagnosis and treatment of PRCA, and the reasons ofeffecting the immunogemcity and risks ofrHuEPO.
