摘要
以用户为中心和鼓励用户参与是数字图书馆互动服务的主要特征,文章简要介绍了应用Web2.0技术改进图书馆OPAC、参考咨询和主题指南等服务用户参与性的实现机制,指出利用Web2.0技术开展互动服务,应围绕优化图书馆的核心功能——提高资源查找和信息交流的便利性和有效性为目标。
User- centered and encouraging user participates is the main characteristic of interactive service of digital library, this paper simply introduces the mechanism realization how applied Web2.0 techniques is used in improving library OPAC, reference service and topic navigation to help users interacting. And it Points out Web2.0 techniques is to exhibitis interaction service by centering around the bettering core function of library ——improving resources check to seek convenience and usefulness which communicates with information as target.
