摘要
分析高校图书馆"过期罚款"的合理性与不足,从"建立法规、过期限权、奖励诚信、人性化催还"四个方面提出应对书刊过期的策略。
The paper analyzes the rationality and shortcoming of imposing a fine after the permitted date in college library, and puts forward the tactics for dealing with overdue penalty from four aspects： establishing the statutes; limiting the right if be overdue; encouraging the honesty and reputation and recalling the book for humanity.
