摘要
利用水生动物急性毒性试验方法,分8个浓度进行二硫氰基甲烷对脊尾白虾的急性毒性试验。结果表明,二硫氰基甲烷对该地区养殖的脊尾白虾24、48、72和96h的半致死质量浓度LC50分别为0.364、0.200、0.032和0.022mg/L,并计算出二硫氰基甲烷对脊尾白虾的安全浓度Sc为0.002mg/L。试验结果提示,在脊尾白虾的养殖过程中,二硫氰基甲烷需慎用。
Acute toxicity of methylene dithiocyanate to Exopalaernon carinicauda Holthuis in Nantong Lusi mariculture region was assessed in laboratory, by linear insertion method. The 24, 48, 72 and 96 h LC50 of methylene dithiocyanate for E. carinicauda were found to be 0. 364, 0. 200, 0. 032 and 0. 022 mg/L, respectively. On the basis of the acute mortality data, the safe concentration of methylene dithiocyanate for E. carinicauda was supposed to be 0. 002 mg/L. The experiment proved that methylene dithiocyanate was poisonous for E. carinicauda and should be used carefully.
