摘要
介绍了一种基于航空电子机载设备组件的自动测试及调试系统的设计和实现。项目来源于某研究所,目的是针对某航空电子产品设计并研制其完善的测试设备。对系统当中主要硬件的设计和上层测试软件的设计思想做了相关讨论,同时阐述了整个系统的实现功能和方法。采用该自动测试系统后,过去简陋的测试环境、测试精度和效率均得到大力改善,并且已将其成功运用到生产现场中。
This article presents the design of an automatic test system for avionic equipment, the improved test equipment is designed aiming at some aircraft electronic products. The development of major hardware and the design ideas of test software are discussed. Using this automatic test system, the old rough test environment, test precision and test efficiency are greatly improved. Therefore it has been used in the Production site well now.
