摘要
以绩效为导向的培训管理创新就是将绩效理念应用于培训管理始终,对培训过程和最终效果进行绩效考核,侧重培训的实际绩效,提高培训对企业经营的贡献力度,使培训带来真正的企业人力资本增值,而不能简单地"为培训而培训"。笔者结合实际经验认为实施培训管理创新时应采取"抓住关键,循序渐进,以点带面"的改革策略,集中于培训需求分析、项目策划、培训模式、效果评价等关键领域。
The concept of performance has always been used in performance - oriented training, it appraises the process and effect of trainings, focusees on the actual performance, improves training's business contributions, enables real human capital value -added, and is not "training for training". I think training innovation should follow " keep the key, step by step" strategy, focus on training needs analysis, planning, modules, evaluation.
