摘要
目的:建立青果口服液中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,依利特C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2)为流动相,检测波长为280nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.039~0.391mg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995。平均加样回收率为101.98%,RSD为1.22%。结论:该方法操作简便,可作为青果口服液中黄芩苷含量测定的方法。
Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of baicalin in Qingguo oral liquid. Methods:High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)was adopted in the determination with Elite C18 column (4.6mm×200mm,5μm), mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47:53:0.2)at 280 nm of wavelength. Results:Good linear relationship of baicalin presented in the range of 0.039-0.391 mg·ml^-1,r=0.999 5. The average recovery of baicalin was 101.98%, RSD was 1.22%. Conclusion :The method is simple in operation and can be adopted for the determination of baicalin con- centration in Qingguo oral liquid.
