摘要
介绍了长沙电业局电能量计量计费系统的软硬件设计以及系统功能的实现,并对营销管理中专用变压器(以下简称专变)电力客户采用远方抄表数据作为结算数据计算电费的效益进行了分析。实践证明:研究结论和实施结果完全一致。
The software and hardware design of electric energy measurement accounting and system implementation were introduced. The system could realize many functions, such as electric energy data automatic collection and automatic statistics, check settlement, and line loss management, etc. The remote meter - reading data taken from specific transformer electric eustomers in marketing management were used as settlement data to calculate the benefits of electricity charge and were analyzed. It is proved that the research conclusion was the same as the results of implementation.
