摘要
【目的】解决线辣椒的连作障碍及建立合理的复合群体结构。【方法】在实验室利用水培试验,研究了"陕椒2006"一株1 h根系分泌物(以下称低浓度)和一株4 h根系分泌物(以下称高浓度)对线辣椒、青椒、番茄、茄子和小麦种子发芽及幼苗生长发育(分别测根长、芽长、茎粗、侧根数、根系活力、根冠比、POD、SOD和CAT的值)的化感效应(以蒸馏水为对照)。【结果】"陕椒2006"的低浓度根系分泌物对3个线辣椒品种(系)"L26"、"L25"和"陕椒2003"的发芽率、茎粗、侧根数、根冠比、POD、SOD、CAT、根系活力均有促进作用,对芽长的生长有抑制作用;高浓度根系分泌物对3个线辣椒品种(系)"L26"、"L25"和"陕椒2003"的发芽率、茎粗、侧根数、根冠比、POD、SOD、CAT均有抑制作用,对根长、芽长、根系活力则无明显影响。"陕椒2006"的根系分泌物无论高浓度还是低浓度处理,均促进番茄根长和芽长的生长,且降低番茄侧根数和根冠比。"陕椒2006"的低浓度和高浓度根系分泌物,均对茄子的芽长和茎粗生长有促进作用,对其侧根数和根冠比有降低作用。"陕椒2006"的根系分泌物对小麦整体上表现出低促高抑的作用。【结论】随着"陕椒2006"根系分泌物浓度增大,对大部分受体作物的抑制作用增强。
【Objective】 The study was to solve continuous cropping obstacle and to arrange different crops rationally in the same field.【Method】 Allelopathy functions of the root exudates(trast with water) from the line pepper variety "Shanjiao 2006"(Rank 1 hour 1 plant and 4 hour 1 plant were named low concentration root exudates and high concentration root exudates in the thesis later) on pepper,tomato,eggplant and wheat using water foster in lab(Root length,shoot length,stem diameter,side root number,root activity,ratio of root to plant,POD,CAT,SOD in lab were tested) were studied.【Result】 Low concentration of the root exudates of "Shanjiao 2006" promoted germination rate,stem diameter,side root number,ratio of root to plant,POD,CAT,SOD of line pepper of "L26","L25" and "Shanjiao 2003",but suppressed the shoot length.High concentration of the root exudates from "Shanjiao 2006" suppressed germination rate,stem diameter,side root number,ratio of root to plant,POD,CAT,and SOD of line pepper of "L26","L25" and "Shanjiao 2003",but promoted root length,shoot length and root activity of line pepper.Both low and high concentration of root exudates promoted root length and shoot height,and restrained side root number and ratio of root to plant of tomato.Both low and high concentration of root exudates all promated shoot length and stem diameter of eggplant,and restrained side root number and ratio of root to plant of eggplant.To the all observed items in wheat,low concentration of root exudates promots while the high concentration of root exudates restrains.【Conclusion】 With the concentration becoming bigger,the function of suppress to most subjects strenthens.
