Fe-VC复合材料与45#钢的钨极氩弧焊焊接

摘要 采用钨极氩弧焊(TIG)和奥氏体不锈钢焊丝ER309L作为填充金属,对Fe—VC复合材料与45^#钢的可焊性进行了研究。借助X衍射仪、扫描电镜分析焊缝金属的物相结构和组织形貌;应用电子探针测试了合金元素在焊缝中的成分分布;按照国家标准,测试了焊接接头的拉伸强度。结果表明:复合材料与45。钢实现了良好的冶金结合,合金元素在焊缝中呈梯度分布,拉伸试样的断裂位置均在复合材料处,表明所采用的焊接方法可靠,能够满足异种金属的焊接要求。 The study on welding performance of Fe- VC composite and 45^# steel has been investigated, with tungsten inert gas welding (TIG), and an anstenitic stainless welding wire (ER309L) as filler metal. The microstrueture and phase of the welded joint were studied with the help of SEM and XRD; the distribution of al- loy elements composition in weld was analyzed by EDAX ; the tensile strength of welded joint was tested according to national standard. The result shows that the firm joint could be obtained when composite and 45^# steel were fused each other; the alloy elements were gradient distributed in weld ; the all cracking zones of tensile samples were located in composite, which proved that the applied welding method, filler metal and weld process can satisfy the welding techniques of these two different kinds of materials. In addition, the quality of weld is reliable.
