摘要
采用电子探针、能谱仪和显微硬度计对TD(Thermal diffusion)法盐浴渗钒层的化学成分和显微硬度进行了测试分析。结果表明,从渗层与基体界面到试样表面,钒原子浓度稍微增加,碳含量则先轻微增加达到最大值后呈现递减的趋势,显微硬度的变化趋势与覆层的C/V比的变化趋势相同;比较不同温度下渗层的化学成分和硬度发现,随着处理温度的增加,渗层中C元素的浓度有降低的趋势,而V元素则有增加的趋势,从而导致渗层硬度的降低。
The chemical composition and microhardness of VC coatings obtained on Cr12MoV steel by salt-bath vanadizing were investigated by electron probe microanalysis(EPMA),scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectrometer(SEM/EDS) and microhardness tester.The results show that the concentration of vanadium atom slightly increases and the concentration of carbon atom first slightly increases to a maximal value and then decreases with increasing the distance from the substrate to surface in the coating and the distribution of cross-sectional microhardness depends on the C/V ratio of vanadium carbide layer.Moreover,the comparison of chemical composition and microhardness for coatings obtained at various immersion temperatures reveals that the concentration of carbon atom tends to decrease with increasing immersion temperature while the increasing tendency for vanadium is observed,which results in lower microhardness of the coating due to the decreased C/V ratio with the increasing of temperature.
