摘要
阐明了自行研制的磷矿选别用新型75水介质旋流器各种结构参数及操作变量对分选指标的影响规律。对晋宁中低品位胶磷矿先用75水介质旋流器重选、再用矮柱浮选槽扫选的扩大试验获得了品位28.34%P2O5、回收率83.15%的总精矿。
The application in phosphoric ore dressing of a new type of wateronly cyclone,newly developed gravity separator,is discussed in this paper,and the effect of structure parameters and operation parameters of the cyclone on the separating index is also studied in detail.In pilot test,the general concentrate of 28.34% P2O5 with a recovery of 83.15% has obtained from Jinning Collophanite Deposite of midlowgrade by the process of 'gravity separation by the cyclone-scavenging by short column flotation cell'.
