摘要
目的:评价我国商品肠内营养制剂的临床应用状况,供临床和科研参考。方法:从产地、剂型、组成特点、营养成分来源、能量分布、评价参数等角度对比评价我国上市商品肠内营养制剂。结果:我国商品肠内营养制剂从营养成分组成、能量分布、药品参数等角度均与国外相应产品具有较强的相似性。结论:我国上市的肠内营养制剂产品还是以国外产品为主导,国内产品技术含量相对较低,需要不断加强临床肠内营养制剂领域的研究。
OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the clinical application of commercial enteral nutrition preparations for reference of clinical and scientific research. METHODS： The clinical application of commercial enteral nutrition preparations in China was evaluated in respect of their place of production, dosage form, characteristics in composition, and sources of nutritional ingredients, energy distribution and pharmaceutical parameters. RESULTS： There were strong similarity between Chinese commercial enteral nutrition preparations and their counterparts abroad in the composition of nutritional ingredients, energy distribution, pharmaceutical parameters etc. CONCLUSION： The commercial enteral nutrition preparations in Chinese market were predominantly products from abroad. Compared with foreign products, the domestic enteral nutrition preparations had relatively low technological content; therefore, the scientific research of enteral nutrition preparations remains to be strengthened further.
