摘要
目的:在观察扶正抑瘤颗粒(FYK)抗肿瘤作用的基础上,研究FYK对小鼠肝癌细胞(H22)细胞间通讯的影响。方法:采用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜,荧光漂白后恢复技术(FRAP),动态观察经FYK治疗后H22细胞缝隙连接介导的细胞间通讯功能,并作定量测定。结果:FYK有一定抗肿瘤作用,并使H22细胞的胞间通讯得到明显恢复。结论:改善小鼠肝癌细胞(H22)细胞间通讯功能是FYK抗肿瘤作用的机制之一。
Objective: To study the effect of Fuzhengyiliu Granula (FYG) on the gap junction intercellular communication (GJIC) of H22 tumor cells from mice, through the exploration of anti-carcinoma mechanism of FYG. Methods: Laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM ) and fluorescence recovery after photobleaehing technique were used in Ibis study. Then, the intercellular communication of H22 tumor cells from mice after treated by FYG were observed and determined quantitively. Results: FYG had certain function of anti-carcinoma and could recover GJIC of H22 tumor cells from mice. Conclusion: It is one of the anti-carcinoma mechanisms that FYG can improve GJIC of H22 tumor cells from mice.
