摘要
目的分析X线骨龄双盲读片和超声骨龄2种骨龄判读结果的误差,验证超声骨龄技术的精确性。方法对4588名5~19岁儿童,分别使用超声骨龄仪和X线进行手腕部骨龄测定,并对2种方法结果进行比较。结果2种方法测定骨龄的差值基本在认可范围内,但在青春期及某些个体的骨龄波动幅度较大,骨龄值的精确性存在着评价方法上的差异。结论超声骨龄的精确性较X线骨龄高。
Objective In order to validate the stability as well as its precision, to recognize the technical error of photography' s value between the device of a new bone age system and the X-ray equipment. Methods The wrist bone of 4 588 health children and youngsters in Shanghai were measured with Sunlight BonAge TM uhrasonic and X-ray equipment respectively,and the results of two methods were compared. Results The statistics results showed that the difference of two methods was acceptable. In adolescence and some individual age groups there was a bigger wave range. So there was a difference in precision between different bone age evaluation norms possibly. Conclusion The ultrasonic bone age has better precision than the X-ray bone age.
