摘要
目的探索最大声速值(SOSmax)与X线骨龄值之间的相关性,为建立中国超声骨龄模型可行性提供依据。方法选择上海市6~18周岁大中小学生1751名(男生856名,女生895名),于1d内完成拍摄X光片和超声骨龄2种方法的测定。结果CHN法骨龄值与SOSmax呈现高度相关,相关系数男、女生分别为0.89,0.88(P值均<0.01);与距离(Distance)也呈现高度相关,相关系数男、女生分别为0.85,0.75(P值均<0.01)。以CHN骨龄为因变量,最大声速值(SOSmax)、距离为自变量,建立二元回归方程评价模型的相关系数男、女生分别为0.85,0.80(P值均<0.01);回归方程的精度男、女生分别为1.46岁和1.61岁。结论以超声骨龄仪测试过程中产生的SOSmax作为技术平台建立Chinese BonAge模型存在可能性。
Objective To explore the con'elation between bone age with X-ray photography method( CHN method) and the value of SOSmax, to provide evidence for setting up Chinese bone age model. Methods Tntally l 751 students aged 6 - 18 (856 males and 895 females) were hoth measured with X-ray photography ant] uhrasonie measurement to determine hone age in the same (lay. Results There was a strnug correlation between bone age with CHN method and the value SOSmax, and the eoeffieients of enrrelation were 0.89 for males and 0.88 for females( P 〈0.01) ; There was also high conelation hetween bone age and Distanee, with the eoel'fieients of con'elation 0.85 for males and 0.75 for females ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; To make the bone age with CHN method as dependent variable and the value of SOSmax and distance as independent variable to set up the hinary regression equation, the coefficients of conrelation were 0, 85 for males and 0.80 for females(P 〈 0.01 ). And the precision of the regression equation were 1.46 years for males and 1.61 years for females. Conclusion It is probably to make use of the switch platform by SOSmax lbrm ultrasonic measuremerit to set up the Chinese bong age model.
