摘要
最近十年对周期性呕吐综合征(CVS)研究的认识取得了一些进展,CVS 不再被认为是少见病,并可能成为胃食道反流引起儿童反复呕吐之后的第二位原因。文章根据目前对 CVS 的研究,详细叙述了 CVS 治疗策略,包括急性呕吐发作期、缓解期预防用药的治疗及给药方式及剂量,旨在帮助临床医师更好地认识该病的综合治疗。 [临床儿科杂志,2008,26(10):835-838]
The advances of the study on cyclic vomiting syndrome （CVS） in last decade have indicated that CVS may become the second main cause of children＇s recurrent vomiting, which only next to gastroesophageal reflux, no long as a rare disease. Based on the recent research, this article described the detailed management of CVS, including the prophylactic therapies on the onset and interval of the episodes, as well as the way and dose of pharmacotherapy, forhelping clinician further understand the management of CVS.
