摘要
用三氯甲烷对丁草胺与扑草净的复配制剂进行溶剂萃取，以二十一烷为内标物，在1％硅油Ⅲ色谱柱上，在选定的色谱条件下，以内标峰高法进行测定．
In this paper, on carrying out slovent abstraction of mixed preparations of butachlor and prometryne with trichloromethane,with heneicosane as internal label,on silicon -oil(Ⅲ) chromatography column,under the conditions chosen, we have determined the contents of butachlor and prometryne.
