介入性超声在乳腺病灶诊疗中的价值 被引量:6

The value of interventional ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of breast lesions

摘要 目的探讨介入性超声在乳腺占位性病变诊断和治疗中的价值。方法根据超声特征将160例191个乳腺病灶分为恶性倾向组和良性倾向组。一组78例超声引导下采用16G活检针经皮穿刺活检(US-CNB),另一组82例超声引导下用11G Mammotome切除活检(US-MEB)。所有获取组织送病理检查,对检查结果进行分析。US-CNB86个结节,每个取材2~3次,取材满意率为98.8%;US-MEB共105个结节,取材满意率为100%。所有病例穿刺活检后均无严重并发症。结论乳腺病灶通过适当分类,进行介入性超声诊治,并发症发生率低,可得到较佳的临床效果。 Objective To investigate the value of interventional ultrasound in diagnosis and treatnaent of space occupying breast lesions.Methods According to the characteristics of ultrasonography, 160 patients with 191 breast lesions were divided into malignant tendency group and benign tendency group. One group of 78 patients received US - CNB by 16 G biopsy needle. Another group of 82 patients received US- MEB by 11G Mammotome . the pathologic results of all acquired tissue were analyzed. Results The biopsy of 86 breast lesions were performed with US - CNB, the average puncture were twice to 3 times. Another 105 breast lesions were performed with US - MEB. The satisfactory rate of US - CNB and US - MEB were 98.8 % and 100%. There were no serious complications in all cases. Conclusion Interventional ultrasound with low incidence of complication by appropriate classification is an effective and accurate method to diagnose and treat breast lesions.
