摘要
在考虑风速变化和变桨引起的风力机塔架上方各部件重心变化的基础上,利用ANSYS二次开发技术,建立适合多种功率的风力发电机塔架模型结构,研究塔架在不同风速模型、不同重心位置和在暴风速工况下,塔架结构底面上的应力分布规律。研究发现,塔架结构的最大应力点位置变化较小,塔架上方各部件重心的变化对塔架最大应力值影响较小。
After the wind speed and change of the mass center of all components on the tower,caused by the blade angle,is considered, the stress analysis model of the wind turbine tower is established by means of the secondary developing of ANSYS,which can be used in many wind turbines with all kinds of power. The impact of the wind speed and the position of the mass center on the tower is not only paid attention, but the influence of the storm wind on the tower stress distribution is researched. It is demonstrated that the position of the maximum stress point is not obviously changed, and that the change of the mass center position can play a little part in lessening the max of the stress.
