Scheduling Algorithm for EDM Shops in Mould Manufactures

摘要 针对模具企业电火花(EDM)车间的生产调度特点,提出了一种非同等并联机的调度数学模型。在此基础上,建立了一种遗传与禁忌搜索的混合算法,并应用企业EDM车间的实际算例,说明了数学模型和求解方法的可靠性和有效性。 According to the production characteristics of EDM shops in mould manufacturers, this paper establishes a non-identical parallel-machine scheduling model, and presents a hybrid genetic algorithm. Simulation results demonstrate that the model and the algorithm are reliable and effective.
