摘要
随着21世纪的到来,我国上上下下的高校都开始进入实验室体制改革阶段,在前后7年的变革中也得到了可喜的效果,但根本上的问题还是没有根除。美国高校先进的开放实验室管理模式,可以给我们提供一些有益的经验。开放实验室的建设将激发学生的动手能力,增强团队协作能力,锻炼学生的演讲能力,提高学生的自信心,同时又促进了学生的创新能力。
With the arrival of the 21^st century, most universities and colleges began to carry out the reform of laboratory system. Much wonderful progress has been made during 7 years, but some related problems are still existed. So advanced management of the open laboratory in the USA provided some experience. Open laboratory will stimulate college students to be active for making some products by themselves, strengthen team work spirit, improve the communication skill with others, and improve their confidence and their innovative ability.
