Synthesizing Conditions of Hydroxyapatite by Using Quick Sol-gel Technique Based on Orthogonal Design Method

摘要 采用正交试验研究了快速溶胶-凝胶法制备羟基磷灰石的过程,对比了反应物的钙磷比、初始浓度、反应温度和烧结温度4因素对产物指标Ca/P的影响,采用化学方法和XRD分析了样品中的钙、磷含量和晶相结构。结果发现,快速溶胶-凝胶法制备的羟基磷灰石的纯度较高、晶相较好,4个主要影响因素中,原料钙磷比是影响产物指标的一个显著因子,决定着产物以何种晶相出现。对产物指标的影响大小依次为:钙磷比>初始浓度=反应温度>烧结温度。 The preparing process of hydroxyapatite using quick sol-gel method has been studied by orthogonal design method.The molar ratio of reactant,starting concentration,reacting temperature and sintering temperature that affect the Ca/P of the products were also detailedly investigated.Meanwhile,the contents of Ca and P in the result were analyzed by improved chemical analysis.It is shown that the high quality and fine crystal of HA could be successfully synthesized.As for the four factors,the molar ratio of reactants ratio is a prominent factor,and the sintering temperature is a less important factor to the final product.
