摘要
目的:制备氯化钾缓释片并考察其释药机制。方法:采用正交试验,以体外累积释药率为指标,优选包衣材料聚丙烯酰胺树脂及滑石粉的工艺参数。结果:以聚丙烯酰胺树脂4g/100g氯化钾、滑石粉用量7.5%为优化工艺所制氯化钾缓释片体外释放按零级模式释药。2、4、8h累积释药率分别大于26%、42%和94%,符合2005年版《中国药典》相关规定。结论:所制备缓释片工艺合理,体外释药效果良好。
OBJECTIVE: To preparation of potassium chloride sustained - release tablets and study its in - vitro release mechnism. METHODS: Technological parameters of tablets in coating materials includeded modified polyacrylamide resin and talc were decided by the accumulative releasing rate through the orthogonal test.RESULTS: It shows the optimized parameter as follows: polyacrylamide resin 4 g/100 g KCl, talc 7.5%. Releasing rate of KCI from tablets was demonstrated in accordance with zero profile. Accumulative releasing of 2, 4, 8 h are 〉 26%, 42%, 94% which according to Chinese Pharmacoeia (2005 Edition) .CONCLUSIONS: The sustained- release tablets thus prepared is proper in technique and well in vitro release effect.
