不同坡向对毛竹主要解剖特征的影响及与物理力学性质关系

Effects on bamboo anatomical characteristics of different slopes and the relationship between those characteristics and main physical and mechanical properties

摘要 就不同坡向对毛竹主要解剖特征及与物理力学性质的关系进行研究。结果发现,维管束比量基本都是随着毛竹轴向高度的增加而逐渐增加,东北坡向和西南坡向的维管束比量分别是39.1%和44.5%,后者比前者增大13.8%;维管束面积分别为0.282和0.261 mm2。基本组织比量随着轴向高度的增加而逐渐减小,东北坡向和西南坡向的毛竹基本组织比量分别为60.9%和55.5%,前者比后者增加了9.7%。东北坡向和西南坡向导管比量、导管平均面积分别为3.66%和5.70%、0.0127 mm2和0.0191 mm2,后者分别比前者大55.7%和50.4%。在0.05水平上经双样本等方差假设得出,二者间维管束比量、基本组织比量、导管比量、导管平均面积间差异均显著。抗弯弹性模量与维管束比量有较高的线性正相关关系,与基本组织比量间负相关性较大。 The impact of different slopes on the main anatomical characteristics and the relationship between those and the physical & mechanical properties of bamboo was studied.The results show that vascular bundle proportion increases gradually along with the bamboo axial height increasing,the vascular bundle proportion and average area of bamboo of northeast and southwest slope are 39.1% and 44.5% and 0.282 mm2 and 0.261 mm2 respectively,and the latter proportion is 13.8% more than the former one.The basic tissue proportion decreases gradually along with the bamboo height increasing,the basic tissue proportion of bamboo of northeast and southwest slope are 60.9% and 55.5% respectively,and the former is 9.7% more than the latter.The vessel proportion and average area of bamboo of northeast and southwest slope are 3.66%,5.70% and 0.0127mm2 and 0.0191mm2,and the latter increases 55.7% and 50.4% respectively to the former.The differences of the vascular bundle proportion,basic tissue proportion,vessel proportion and average area between the bamboo of northeast and southwest slope are significant different at 0.05 level after the T-examination.Positive linear correlation between the MOE and vascular bundle proportion,and negative correlation between the MOE and basic tissue proportion are also found.
