摘要
本文提出并制定了平面四拐小曲轴锻造成形工艺,针对曲轴模锻的成形过程,数值模拟研究了曲轴的弯曲工步,并给出了成形过程中需采用的工艺参数值。
In this paper, the authors present the die forging process of four cylinder sleeve crankshaft with plane surface. Aiming at the process of crankshaft die forging, the authors study the bending step numerical simulation of crankshaft, and give out the technology parameters which maybe used in the forming.
