Catalytic Synthesis of di(2-ethylhexyl) Sebacate with Silicon Dioxide Supported on Phosphotungstic Acid

摘要 以SiO2负载磷钨酸(负载量为50%)为催化剂催化合成癸二酸二异辛酯。考察了反应时间、温度、醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量对得率的影响,得到合成癸二酸二异辛酯的较适宜的合成条件。 Di(2-ethylhexyl) sebacate was synthesized by using silicon dioxide as catalyst supported on phosphotungstic acid. The effects of reaction time, temperature, the mole ration of 2-ethylhexyl alcohol to sebacic acid and mass of catalyst on the yield of di(2-ethylhexyl) sebacate were investigated, and the proper synthetic conditions were obtained.
