摘要
天津钢管集团股份有限公司引进了意大利INNSE公司的设计理念,借助有限元分析方法对三辊连轧变形特点的模拟研究,通过在工程设计、设备设计和工艺设计等方面的一系列创新性的开发与生产应用,建成了世界上首套PQF三辊连轧管生产线。介绍了该生产线的机组概况、创新内容及实际应用的情况。
Tianjin Pipe Corporation introduces the design concept of Italian INNSE Company and constructs the first PQF three-roll mandrel pipe mill production line in the world,with the aid of finite element analysis method to simulate and study the deformation characteristics of three-roll mandrel pipe mill,through a series of innovative development and application in aspects of engineering,equipment design and process design. This paper shows the mill overview and the content and actual application of innovation.
