摘要
目的观察自制中药洗剂治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将患者任意分为两组,A为实验组60例用我科自制洗剂每晚坐浴30min,连续10d。B组为对照组60例用一般的妇科消毒液(1‰高锰酸钾)坐浴30min,连续10d。观察各组患者的自觉症状,体征和阴道分泌物涂片。结果治疗组60例中痊愈38例,占63%,好转18例,占30%。治疗组中总有效率达93%。结论我们用自制的中药洗剂坐浴取得了很好的临床疗效,而且治疗简单,无毒副作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect for senile vaginitis with traditional medicine lotion. Methods 120 cases were divided into two groups,test group（60 cases） and control group（60 eases）. Vulva was bathed in traditional medicine lotion for 30 minutes per day for 10 days in the test group and bathed in 1% potassium permanganate in the control group. Results We observed the efficacy of the traditional medicine lotion after 10 days,the effetiveness was 93% in the test group but was 50% in the control group. The effetiveness of between the test group and the control group was significant difference. Conclusion Traditional medicine lotion that development by ourself have a better clinical efficacy in the trealment of senile vaginitis and is safe.
