摘要
本文在对饮用水资源保护法律法规中引入公益诉讼制度的必要性分析的基础上,提出在饮用水资源保护法律调控中构建公益诉讼制度的具体措施,为我国饮用水资源法制建设进行了有益的探索。
From the prospect of protection of drinking water resource in China, the author analyses the necessity of the public lawsuit system in legislation of drinking water resource. On the basis of analysis, the author puts forward the countermeasures to build the public lawsuit system of drinking water protection. Thus, the legal system of drinking water resource is improved.
