摘要 研究用盐酸-丙酮萃取法提取酿酒酵母菌体中辅酶Q10;用薄层层析法和高效液相色谱检测酵母菌体提取液中辅酶Q10的纯度;并用高效液相色谱法对其提取含量进行测定。结果表明,乙酸-丙酮萃取液中辅酶Q10的含量可达5.785mg/L。 The extraction of coenzyme Q10 from the biomass of Sacharomyces cerevisiae by acetate-acetone extraction method was studied. The Q10 purity of the extracted solution was detected by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) methods. Besides, Q10 content of the extracted solution was measured by HPLC method. The results showed that the concentration of Q10 in acetate-acetone extraction solution was up to 5.785 mg/L.
