摘要
选用植物多酚VT为锈层转化螫合剂，自制的苯丙复合乳液为成膜物，研制成水性AA－1转化型带锈涂料。该涂料不含无机酸、芳烃溶剂以及有害的重金属防锈颜料，可直接在有锈或无锈的钢件表面涂装。介绍了苯丙乳液的配方和合成工艺，AA－1涂料的配方和配制方法，以及涂料的施工方法。试验表明，AA－1涂料的性能指标达到或超过国内同类涂料水平。
A water- borne AA- 1 conversion over-rust coatings, based on a natural plant polyphenol VT as rustconverter and a styrene /acrylic emulsion as binder, has been developed.This coating contains no inorganic acid, aromatic solvents and harmful heary metal anti-corrosive pigments, and could be applied directry onto rust-bearing or rust-free surfaces. The formulation and preparation of styrence /acrylic emulsion and AA- 1 coatings and its application method were described. It has shown that the performance of AA- 1 coatings has reached or superior to the similar products abroad.
