摘要
目的研究温度、相对湿度、喷菌压力和微生物气溶胶介质有机物含量对臭氧杀灭微生物气溶胶消毒效果的影响。方法用空气模拟试验检测不同试验参数条件下的臭氧杀灭微生物气溶胶的效果。结果不同环境相对湿度(40±5)%、(60±5)%、(80±5)%的臭氧消毒效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同环境温度(15±2)、(20±2)(、25±2)℃的臭氧消毒效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两者对消毒效果的影响有交互作用(P<0.05);不同喷菌压力0.4、0.5、0.6 mPa和不同微生物气溶胶介质有机物含量(0、1.5%、3.0%)对臭氧消毒效果的影响差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论臭氧用于空气消毒时,臭氧剂量的确定取决于现场环境的相对湿度、温度及目标微生物气溶胶介质有机物含量。
OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy of ozone air disinfection under different conditional parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, spray pressure and organic content in microorganism aerosol. METHODS A simulated field spray test was used for observation. RESULTS The efficacy of ozone air disinfection could be affected significantly by different relative humidity [(40 ± 5)%, (60 ± 5)% or (80 ± 5)% and different air temperatureg〈(15±2) ℃, (20± 2) ℃ or (25 ± 2)℃], and also could be affected significantly by the interaction between air relative humidity and air temperature (P〈 0. 05). The efficacy of ozone air disinfection could be affected significantly by different spray pressure (0.4, 0.5 or 0.6 MPa) (P〉0.05) and different organic contents in microorganism aerosol (0, 1.5% or 3.0%) (P〉0.05). CONCLUSIONS The conditional parameters such as temperature, relative humidity and organic content in microorganism aerosol influence the germicidal efficacy of ozone in air disinfection.
