摘要
目的:研究腹腔镜视频资料在解剖学教学中对学生学习效果的影响。方法:选择大学二年级学习解剖课程的学生160名,随机分为两组。实验组先看腹腔镜视频资料再进行传统解剖学教学;对照组只进行传统的解剖学教学。比较两组学生掌握解剖学知识的情况,并通过问卷调查形式了解学生对两种教学方式的评价。结果:腹腔镜视频资料与传统解剖学教学相结合的方式教学效果[平均成绩(84.43±6.38)分]优于单纯的传统解剖学教学[平均成绩(70.56±4.82)分]。学生评价腹腔镜视频资料与解剖学教学相结合的方式优于单纯的传统解剖学教学。结论:将腹腔镜视频资料用于解剖学教学,与传统解剖学授课相结合,有助于推进解剖学教学改革。
Objective: To study the influence on students′ performances with laparoscopic video data in anatomy teaching. Methods:One hundred and sixty students were classificated into two groups randomly. The trial group watched the laparoscopic video data before they took conventional anatomy courses. The control group took traditional anatomy teaching. Evaluation of students about two methods of teaching and the application of laparoscopic video data in anatomy teaching were mastered by questionnaires. Results: The effect of the anatomy teaching form which combines laparoscopic video data with the conventional anatomy was better than simple traditional teaching form. The application of laparoscopic video data could enhance the interest of study, increase the efficiency of study, conduce to memory of knowledge, widen the face of knowledge and the comprehensive capability than the conventional form. Conclusions : It is feasible to apply laparoscopic video data in anatomy teaching and the combination of two forms is good for the reform of anatomy teaching.
