摘要
在工业过程的PID控制应用中通常存在两个难解决的问题:信号干扰声问题和控制参数失调问题。经过分析对这两个问题的分析,本文基于灰色理论,提出了引入灰色预估算法来还原与控制模型参数吻合的信号成分,利用灰色补偿算法以及自适应方法来解决信号噪声、控制参数失调问题。最后通过仿真研究,结论证明:经灰色理论算法处理后的PID控制器性能得到较大的提高。
Two issues including signal noise and time-varying industrial process characteristics put forward a challenge for usual PID controller. Methods including grey predictor and grey compensation control together are developed to resolve them. The former one is used to find the counterpart component of sample signals, and the latter is used to cope with the mismatched problems from signal- disturbance and time-varying process characteristics. Finally, a simulation is performed and its results show that the proposed method helps to improve control performance.
