摘要
本文基于840D和PLC探讨和分析了数控加工中心控制系统的实现。着重论述了PLC对分度头的控制,PLC对多主轴的控制以及PLC实现对刀库中刀具的识别与选刀。
This paper has a discussion and analysis on numerical manufacturing center based on 840D and PLC. It emphasizes on the control to dividing head with PLC, and control multi-axis with PLC, as well as tools identifying and tools selection with PLC.
